Job Description:

Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Human Resource Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support the company's long-term goals and objectives.
    • Conduct workforce analysis and forecasting to identify current and future staffing needs.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  2. HR Process Management:

    • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
    • Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing technology where applicable.
  3. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
    • Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
  5. HR Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support regulatory requirements and internal audits.
    • Stay abreast of emerging HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
