工作职责:
1、结合公司的战略规划,制定相应人才发展计划和管理机制,并实施人才培养计划;
2、把握行业人才发展变化,研究人才发展趋势,持续优化完善人才胜任力模型;
3、规划落实各层级人才培养计划,协调各项资源推进梯队建设和人才储备;
4、配合培训体系,推动公司培训文化的建设与发展;
5、制定并优化干部储备及干部异动规则,在干部的管理、晋升、培养等方面协助落地实施并执行过程监督。
