Responsibilities:
- Implementation of business development projects according to internal business processes.
- Execution of projects against approved project baseline (Scope, Cost and schedule).
- Compliance of project execution of Sustainability Standards.
- Compliance with business processes.
- Accountable for Change Request approval
- Accountable to close project CAR
- Accountable for Operation Preparation Management
- Coordinate all aspects of a CAPEX project as per PEX role define in Project Management System.
- Ensure communication and alignment to key project stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project stakeholders (Sales/Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Process, Procurement, Management) are providing their inputs as required for a timely and successful completion of the project, i.e., right quality and quantity within time and budget.
- Ensure that all necessary local, regional or group resources are used in order to maximise the technical and commercial competitiveness of a project.
- Manage project risks with support from Engineering Project Manager.
- Ensure approval of change requests and support/facilitate their implementation to respect the project baselines.
- Follow the project risks through the project execution.
- Follow the cost controlling of the project (follow up CAPEX and project GIF update). Warn and initiate actions in case of adverse variance.
Requirement：
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the project management and related issues.
- High level of communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to find solutions, achieve objectives and drive ri completion.
- Ability and/or experience to lead contractors on the project execution.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Team player, excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of different cultures / work environments

- Behave like a role model.
- Good knowledge of local and global organization and project context (internal training)
