- Develop strategic relationship with clients at both senior level and operation level,sophisticated in the working environment of Market Giant in China, including the complicatedorganization structure, and frequent change in Market Giant.
- Independently develop the account sales strategy, and ADP (business development plan),initiating, planning, coordinating, leading the activities to deliver the account strategy withsupport from internal team.
- Achieve annual sales target, project pipeline, and WIN rate (the measurement for the winningproject / the total projects engaged.)
- Sharply identify the customer needs, and build a strong, clear biz case for each individual project.
- Work with regional team to support the innovation project development, and also contribute the commercialization of the innovation.
- Maintain high biz. Ethics in daily work, and protect the cooperate reputation.
- Play a project leader role in leading and motivating the cross-function team in daily work,ensure our resource (time, HR, expense, investment) used effectively and efficiently.
- Manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good agreement on project/customers.
