Job Description
• Responsible for driving the people strategy, workforce planning, and the process of change in alignment with the Group's business development.
• Plan, develop, execute and lead the HR function to attract, retain, develop and motivate employees in a cost-effective manner.
• Design and execute employee relation programs to develop a supportive and caring working environment.
• Develops and implements human resources functions strategy (Recruitment, Training & Development, C&B, Employee relationship) in a large plant operation.
• Coordinates with functional managers in planning and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
• Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs.
The Successful Applicant
• Minimum 10 years of HR related working experience in a multinational or domestic high-tech or start-up company.
• Solid HR operational experience in big organization and also has the capability to formalize HR strategy based on the business plan.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin will be required.
