Role Summary
• Be responsible for the development of Annual Brand Plan, and Support BU head to Prepare corporate events including Cycle meeting, GM review and global management         review.
• Collaborate with regional teams to better implement strategy, assess performance and seize market opportunities
• Collaborate and leverage cross-functional departments expertise to best support the brand
• KOL management
• Creative capability for MCM channel promotion design

Key responsibilities
•Brand Management
-  Develop Brand strategies, including situational analysis, insight understanding,
   opportunity identification, etc. Set leading and lag KPI, Objectives and propose
-  Support BU head to prepare: Long Range Plan (LRP), SFE Plan (Annual), Cycle
-  Fully understand policy change, identify TA trend and corporate to Brand strategy
-  Design, Implement and Monitor tactical plan – with proposed marketing mix to
   achieve sales objectives
-  Be responsible for A&P allocation to projects, High Quality Execution based on
   planed budget and timeline
-  Promotional materials development accordingly Brand Strategy
-  Innovative and creative thinking for the MCM promotion.
-  KOL management: KOL mapping, engagement plan development and AB meeting

•Cross-Functional collaboration to achieve the business target
-  Make sure to get Internal & external endorsement for the relevant strategy and tactics
-  Make sure the sales forces reps get fully understanding of brand strategy, growth opportunity.
-  Ensure sales forces have required product and disease knowledge.
-  Collaborate with medical and sales teams to ensure strategy implementation and tactical execution.

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Major in Medical, Pharma or related life sciences
• MBA is a plus
Experience & knowledge:
• At least -2.5 years’ experience in local marketing or central marketing in pharmaceutical company
• Experience in multinational company is preferred
• Experience in full ownership of Central Marketing Project Design, Management,
• Full experience in Event Planning & Execution is required
• Exposure to Digital Marketing, Integrated Care, Partnerships with External partners is preferred
