  • Develop regional sales strategies and plan based on company’s short-term and long-term sales strategies and business goals for established portfolios in responsible region;
  • Execute a comprehensive and wining sales plan to continuously achieve sales targets, regardless of market conditions;
  • Set agreed sales targets with ABMs for established products and well allocate resources to achieve those targets;
  • Supervise the sales team to ensure all sales activities are in accordance with law and regulations, as well as with compliance, company sales policies and rules;
  • Provide guidance to ensure accurate sales forecast each month/quarter for sufficient supply and reasonable inventory level;
  • Develop and maintain regional KOL networks and consistently ensure professional image is embodied throughout interaction with KOLs;
  • Build and develop a highly optimized and effective sales team using business intelligence and SFE data to enable the team to achieve business objectives;
  • Drive execution of talent assessment and development plan to ensure the sales competency level of the team meets and (or) exceed requirements;
  • Lead and drive excellent implementation of company's culture and core values through overall business operational activities and procedures in the region;
  • Ensure “Compliance in our DNA” is embodied through the entire sales process and activities;
  • Drive excellence in performance management, fully utilizing the process and system.
  • Continuously engage the team with well implementation and well address to employees’ feedback
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder networks: KOL’s, payers and patient groups at regional level in close coordination with cross-functions;
  • Closely collaborate with other customer facing roles not directly reporting to sales team (e.g. MSL/MA), as well as with other supporting functions (e.g. BI/Finance/P&C).
  • Keep headquarters updated on clinical academic news and regulations and assist the headquarters to make proper business decision.

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in medical, pharmaceutical or other related subjects;
  • 7+ years professional sales experiences in multinational pharmaceutical companies;
  • 3+ years proven leadership experience with a medium size team around 30 members;
  • Solid evidence of consistent results of high sales performance and team performance;
  • Skilled in sales planning and driving excellent execution;
  • Fluent English skills.
