Key job responsibilities:
· Manage a Sales Ops team to support senior sales leader on annual operating plan, territory planning and business reviews.
· Setup forecasting model, perform risk and opportunities variance analysis versus plan
· Lead special projects to drive improvement for the processes and sales’ productivity
· Provide deep dive analysis to guide business decision making
· Present analysis to higher level management
· Drive business-critical projects across China
· Develop detailed handbook and provide regular Q&A regarding segmentation rules, system management etc.
· Collaborate with other business teams to drive business GTM strategies
Qualifications:
· 15+ years of sales operation and business analysis experience with 5+ years people management experience in a technical hardware or software environment, with a demonstrated track record of supporting business leaders and sales teams.
· Ideal candidate should have sales operation and/or FP&A functional roles in MNC IT Corporation throughout his or her career.
· Strategic thinking and local practice· Strong business acumen and sensitive to data
· Excellent Microsoft Office/PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau
· Familiarity with sales team management concepts – GTM for HC resource, territory & quota assignment, Account/Territory planning, Demand Gen Management, forecasting, planning, variance analysis, – gained through work experience
· Ability to deep dive into data, processes and systems and develop innovative ideas for process improvement.
· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication with colleagues from cross function stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business etc.
· Demonstrated ability to engage and interact with C-level executives around project and program requirements, status, opportunities and risks.
