In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
  • Understand and carefully analyse customer’s technical requirement based on their process and recipes and offer standard products and solutions. Define and understand clearly the requirement and technical challenge cross it with our available products and provide solutions with the most practical approach.
  • Plan prioritizes and schedule technical support activities, work hand in hand with sales team to support the team to achieve budget by excellent technical service. Build/strengthen the partnership between company  and customers.
  • Assist and guide customers to conduct excellent lab trials, pilot trials and in enlarged field plant trials.
  • In-depth dairy processing experience, independent trouble shooting capability.
  • Communicate closely with Application & Technical support manager and expert from abroad providing professional onsite auditing.
  • Assist and guide customers with accurate QC test when needed.
  • Collaborate with other commercial organizations in company on customer projects and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with Customer Production, R&D, QA/QC people to better support dairy sales.
  • To arrange and provide customers documentations (product data sheets, trial results analysis, presentations on product + application introductions, promotion materials), under local language.
  • Train sales team/distributors/customer staff to better understand company products to get the full benefit of company solution.
  • Know the players who offer competitive solutions, their features and benefits.
  • Understand fresh dairy market from technical aspect, provide technical insights which can benefit company business.
To Succeed You Must Hold
  • At least 5 years’ experience in food production, processing, QA&QC, dairy preferred.
  • Master degree or higher in food science related major
  • Technical aptitude and strong technical knowledge of dairy process
  • Customer focus orientation, including the ability to respond appropriately to common inquires or complains.
  • Strong analytical skills – able to assist in identifying and providing solutions to complex technical issues. Able to create clear action plans.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
  • Responsible, proactive, customer oriented and good team player
  • Solid technical knowledge on fresh dairy, quality oriented
  • Good listening and communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Willing to travel frequently, flexibility required
