About our client
Our client is a logistics solutions provider. Operating around 40’000 sqm+ around our 2 hubs of the Southern china and Eastern China
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the finance and accounting operations for all regions.
  • Ensure that financial and accounting policies & procedures are in accordance with statutory regulations and global standards and complying with risk management and internal controls.
  • Ensure the continual development of financial systems, controls and processes that support the needs of Group.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making and mitigate financial risks.
  • Participate in the analysis and decision-making of important business activities of the company, including daily operation, business development, and investment of the enterprise.
  • Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the group and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial operations.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis to the board of directors, providing financial insights into the performance of each business function.
  • Always work close with the board of directors for any investment project and provide effective action to fulfill relevant tasks. Such as to lead mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration processes.
  • Other tasks or hoc project assigned
 
Job Requirement
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or relevant fields with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in senior finance roles in MNC.
  • Experience in the logistics industry will be strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance management i.e. planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities and develop proactive solutions.
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills, with a mature and adaptable personality
  • Possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to withstand significant work pressure.
