Job Description:

1. Develop and design business algorithms for various intelligent hardware scenarios to meet product intelligence needs.
2. Engage in business analysis, feature analysis, model creation, algorithm implementation, and gradual algorithm effectiveness improvement based on business requirements.
3. Enhance algorithm efficiency and broaden its application scope by optimizing existing algorithms and services.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of work experience with team management skills, a background in power and energy sector is a must.
2. Master's degree or higher in machine learning, deep learning, statistical analysis, or big data processing with practical experience.
3. Strong skills in applying algorithms, including feature extraction, model building, performance evaluation, application deployment, and optimization.
4. Proficient in at least one common programming language like Java, Python, R, etc., and related algorithm libraries.
5. Preferably experienced in time series modeling, marketing scenario recommendation, effect estimation, and analysis.
6. Knowledge of distributed computing tools like Spark, Hadoop, Hive is advantageous.
7. Background in computer science, mathematics, or statistics preferred. Enthusiasm for innovative technologies, ability to handle work pressures, and strong business and data sensitivity.
