- This is a new and key management role, that will be instrumental in achieving sustained growth in Asia.
- This candidate will be well versed in the Store Fixturing industry. A proven and exceptional track record in leading and growing business and customer relationships is required.
- This role will demand someone achieving, through the wider team, perfect execution of existing/new roll-out programs, for a leading global customer across Asia.
- We require a commercially focused and experienced individual, with a strong eye to outstanding customer service and implementation processes. This collaborative leader will drive Asia’s daily key customer experience to exacting standards, delivering to pre-agreed customer driven KPI’s.
- A relationship builder, a robust problem solver, the candidate will lead a significant business volume through its Account Management and New Business development teams in Asia.
- The candidate must demonstrate an understanding of the complexity of multi-regional and cultural customer needs.
- Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, team building experience with the ability to think holistically are critical skills.
- The candidate will be the advocate for the client within and externally for the business, ensuring we are recognised as the industry champion in all areas we touch this customer.
- The candidate should have a clear understanding of the needs of the new business opportunity and work with other parts of the business, both within Asia and Globally (If appropriate) to present the company offer that will ensure success of securing the new business opportunities.
- Lead, develop and manage positive business relationships with the customer at all levels across multiple Asia offices.
- Lead Asia’s day-to-day rollout of store delivery programs, exceeding customer expectations and requirements
- Measure performance with defined (and new) KPI’s
- Drive pro-active and appropriate solutions to a dynamic customer business relationship
- Have full commercial responsibility for this key business sector, including budget setting, identifying and securing further growth opportunities
- Develop and enhance our existing team, to become more efficient and lean in its operation
- Bring together the Account Management and New Business Development Teams to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Ensure operates and is compliant with all legal requirements
- Motivate and develop the team, through personal development plans, including conducting appraisals for all direct reports on an annual basis
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all group policies, processes and business objectives.

- 3 years’ international experience at Director level within the Store Fixture industry or related industry.
- 5 years of related experience in delivering store opening programs to leading brands and/or retailers across multiple geographical markets.
- Customer focused with international experience
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written). Capable to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Willing to travel throughout Asia
- Self-starter able to work under own initiative.
