Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Manager to lead our business development and account management efforts with Original Equipment (OE) manufacturers in the automotive and motorcycle industries. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence within the OE segment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFQ/RFP processes, new project acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for key accounts to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Serve as the primary commercial interface for assigned OE accounts, managing the entire customer lifecycle.

Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., purchasing, engineering, quality).

Lead annual price negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring favorable terms and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery of customer deliverables.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial roles within the automotive or motorcycle industry.

At least 3-5 years of experience focused directly on OE accounts.

Proven experience as a project lead, with a full-cycle COEM (0-1) bidding process being essential.

Demonstrable track record of successfully managing OEM accounts and achieving revenue growth targets.

Deep understanding of automotive OE supply chain dynamics and procurement processes. Existing connections with domestic OE procurement is a plus.

Strong financial acumen, including experience with pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and P&L management.

Knowledge of relevant automotive industry standards and regulations. A technical background or understanding of automotive components/systems is advantageous.
