My client is a leading multinational corporation in the FMCG sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated marketing communications campaign plans based on brand strategy, including the Big Idea, creative assets, and activation roadmap. Collaborate with the media team to create a comprehensive media plan and ensure high-quality execution with internal and external partners.
- Create campaign assets that effectively highlight product superiority by leveraging compelling product narratives.
- Work closely with the media team on mass media investment planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Conduct brand performance tracking and analysis, focusing on business metrics and social performance.
- Manage celebrity partnerships, including selection proposals and ongoing relationship maintenance.
- Assist the line manager in developing the annual brand plan.
- Oversee advertising and promotion (A&P) management.
Requirements:
- Diverse experience in IMC campaigns, including IP collaborations and social campaigns on platforms like XHS/DY, with a focus on celebrity endorsements.
- Strong understanding of mainstream mass media.
- Exceptional content production skills, with an emphasis on insightful and engaging materials.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Proven leadership and influence skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Experience in management training is a plus.
- 5-7 working experience in parallel industry
