China B2B Sales Director (Expats Role)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leadership & communication; Set clear guidelines and manage priorities for the China commercial team;
- Manage existing business and achieve the annual budget; Support the China commercial team in negotiating contracts and achieving best possible prices; Coordinate with other internal functions with the aim of providing a best-in-class service to the customer.
- Identify and achieve business growth objectives in line with the mid-term strategy; Manage the project pipeline with customers and in coordination with BD, Marketing and R&D teams; Identify new business opportunities.
- Elaborate a business strategy and growth plan; Identify strategic opportunities and define short – medium-term priorities; Monitor competitive landscape.
- Strengthen our key customers relationships; Reinforce our position as leading supplier /partner with key customers and distributors; Regular visits to key decision-makers; Adopt a proactive approach, permanently bringing insights and looking out for opportunities to add value; Participate to tradeshows.
- 10-year experience in B2B in commercial role, highly prefer with Dairy ingredients and/or Nutrition end use market.
- Commercial and/or Scientific Graduate education.
- Strong experience with Chinese market and Chinese customers (dairy and nutrition)
- Key skills: Leadership, Relationship and Network builder, Negotiation, Success oriented, Strategic vision, Organized and rigorous
- Languages: English and Chinese, French is a plus
