Responsibilities:
- Manage product portfolio for assigned territory, including product data, launches/withdrawals, and presentations.
- Assist the sales team through customer visits, technical support, pricing guidance, and market information collection.
- Serve as the local point of contact for price negotiations, sales strategy execution, market intelligence, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct business monitoring through internal meetings, market benchmarking, and KPI tracking.
- Provide management with reports and development proposals.
- Support the TNI team with product roll-outs and sales.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in Specialty Chemical distribution with a proven sales record.
- Strong market knowledge, with entrepreneurial spirit and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and structured individual.
- Proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and Sales Force.
- Aligns with group values; fluent in local language and English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
