Vision
● You have a strong desire for strategy and crafting stories that unfold through various mediums
● You can own a creative pitch response, from deck formation to delivery
● The intent to push boundaries and challenge expectations with unique strategic insights and solutions
● Eff ectively communicate your vision to inspire the wider creative director and wider team and win over clients with your conceptual thinking/rationale
Integration
● Guide the initial strategic thinking from the client brief into creative briefi ng, stretching from way-in and holding opinions on execution through mediums
● Draw upon your executional background and proven ability to deliver the highest standard of work
● Problem solve with design thinking that incorporates strategy, experience, and creative best practices
● Regularly present your work to the Creative Director and business units to open opportunities for collaboration
Teamwork
● Provide guidance on your strategy and framework for execution across the creative team, working with the creative director
● Craft a narrative that supports the storytelling of the concept into the physical manifestation of the creative execution
● Be involved with project planning, presentation formation, and resource needs across pitch delivery
● Reliably deliver work on-time
Ownership
● Provide ownership over pitch deliveries, becoming the “go-to” for status and development
● Take responsibility for creative responses/proposals, ensuring they meet our creative standard and be accountable for seeing a creative response through pitch delivery
Other
● Fulfi lling the role in compliance with company policies and procedures, for example (but not limited) ISO documentation, Information Security training
● Be a true process champion and support best practices implementation proactively
Experience & Skills Required:
● Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a Creative Planner, Snr Copywriter, or Art Director
● An incredibly strong portfolio of delivered work
● Expert understanding of O2O marketing
● Experience working with and winning pitches for international and local brands
● Exceptional design and creative craft skills
● Must be able to eff ectively communicate creative ideas with written and visual support
● Have experience in presenting to and working with clients to achieve the best solutions for their brands
● Able to conduct yourself with the highest standard of behaviour and respect for colleagues
● Exceptional organisational skills
● Knowledge of relevant software packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Eff ects)
● Knowledge with relevant AI agents (Midjourney, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, etc)
● Excellent written and spoken communication skills (business English & fl uent/native Chinese)
Preferred Qualifi cations:
● A true understanding of integrated design, marrying experience design with content creation
