Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize our official website and mini-program, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with the IT and design teams to implement new features and improvements.
- Monitor website performance and analytics, making data-driven decisions to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Product Management:
- Coordinate with the product development team to ensure accurate and timely product listings on all ecommerce platforms.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee product categorization and pricing strategies.
- Conduct regular product audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions that drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Set and achieve ecommerce sales targets, developing and implementing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to help team members grow and develop.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on managing own platforms such as official websites and mini-programs.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Experience with ecommerce analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
