Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Factory & Technical Manager to join a leading organization in the manufacturing sector. This role is essential for overseeing factory operations, ensuring technical excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a proven track record of managing technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:
Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. -
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to optimize performance. -
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity. -
Team Development:
Manage and mentor the factory and technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. -
Quality Assurance:
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications through effective quality control measures and regular audits. -
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the factory budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and R&D, to ensure alignment on production goals and technical requirements.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. -
Experience:
7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with a strong background in technical operations and team leadership. -
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality assurance practices. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. -
Leadership Skills:
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. -
Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
