工作职责(This role would provide expert advice to the team leaders for the overall finance including but not limit the region of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, North Aisa, etc.)
1. Work with WFOE leadership team and drive financial performance;
2. Lead the finance team to perform financial activities including Accounting, Reporting and tax filing;
3. Complete local and group financial returns;
4. Ensure compliance with local tax regulation and complete local tax returns;
5. Operate in framework of financial governance and control;
6. Support China Corporate Services ‘mega projects’ financial matters.

Risks & Controls:
1. Maintain defined operations Risk framework, establish and run a strong quality control framework for outputs and activities;
2. Ability to meet deliverables time lines;
3. Adherence to Group policies, IFRS reporting requirements, audit, controls and compliance requirements. This also includes and is not limited to Declaration of secrecy, data protection act, health, safety and security, clear desk policy;
4. Well documented location strategy and ensure seamless processes amongst teams;
5. Responsible for timely update and maintenance of RCAs, BIAs, PLAs and ensuring all other documents like the SOPs are in place and updated;
6. Robust back up planning for uninterrupted service delivery.

Customer/ Stakeholder:
1. Drive the WFOE Finance team performance to agreed service levels in a professional manner;
2. Establish and maintain effective relationship with business areas and identify areas of service improvements by implementing regular calls and feedback mechanism;
3. Manage / Support in Country relationship effectively;
4. Ability to prioritize and plan work in an efficient manner.

工作要求
1. A university degree in accounting or business related major;
2. Recognised Professional accounting qualification;
3. Experience in Financial systems end to end process, from transaction capture to external reporting;
4. Overall post qualification experience of not less than 8 years, with proven track record in Financial or Corporate institutions a plus;
5. Mobility an advantage;
6. Experience of working with colleagues and stakeholders in a global organization;
7. Strong written & spoken English communication skill for effective escalation.
