● Manage full-cycle monthly close for multiple international entities (US, UAE, Singapore, Cayman/BVI), including journal entries, reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
● Maintain inter-company accounting, including billing, recharges, eliminations, multi-currency settlements and adjustment entries.
● Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure accuracy of inter-company eliminations and FX translation.
● Coordinate year-end audits for all relevant entities; prepare PBC lists and act as the main liaison with external auditors.
● Oversee tax compliance processes across jurisdictions, including US corporate fi lings (e.g., related-party disclosures), Singapore statutory fi lings, UAE corporate tax/VAT requirements, and Cayman/BVI economic substance obligations.
● Manage statutory accounts and annual reporting obligations with local service providers across all operating jurisdictions.
● Maintain internal controls, accounting policies and global chart of accounts across the group.
● Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting; provide variance analyses and financial insights to leadership.
● Monitor multi-entity cash fl ow, support treasury needs and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
● Drive process improvements, system enhancements and scalable fi nance workflows suitable for a multi-entity global structure.
Key Job Responsibilities

Preferred
● Professional qualifi cation (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
● Experience with US international tax considerations (e.g., transfer pricing, CFC concepts) or Singapore/UAE statutory processes.
● Experience in high-growth or globally distributed companies.
● Familiarity with crypto or digital asset accounting (not required but benefi cial).
