Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Identify, qualify, engage, secure and grow key accounts.
- Lead a Team (3-4 Sales) to Develop and establish long term cooperation with the market key players (Key developers, IPP, EPC and so on).
- Generate leads and maintain sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Develop relationships with the top and strategic Key Accounts.
- Implement company’s sales plan and achieve revenue targets.
- Team-up closely with technical and marketing teams to support client needs and grow revenue.
- Large project bidding, follow-up for the Strategic Key Accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process from customer acquisition until delivery and payments.
- Monitor the market – gain the ability to make reliable forecasts.
- Represent company at the large projects market globally.
- Organize with technical team roadshows, webinars, conferences and customer trainings if necessary.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in PV industry.
- At least 2 years of leadership and sales management experience.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.
- Solid experience with MS Office and CRM.
- Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, any other additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Results oriented and customer oriented with a hunting attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time or more).
