- Monitor media trends and competitor activities to adjust communication strategies as needed.
- Social Media Engagement:
- Lead the social media strategy, ensuring that the brand's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand values.
- Create and manage content calendars, overseeing the creation and publication of high-quality, on-brand content.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of all branded content, including video, graphics, blog posts, and other digital assets.
- Ensure content is innovative, visually appealing, and effectively communicates the brand's message and values.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and freelancers as needed to execute high-quality content projects.
- Brand Advocacy and Loyalty:
- Develop and implement programs to foster brand loyalty and advocacy among consumers and stakeholders.
- Monitor consumer feedback and insights to refine communication strategies and enhance the brand experience.
- Work with customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless and positive brand experience at every touchpoint.
- Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of brand communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in brand communication, preferably within the sports industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
- Deep understanding of media relations, social media trends, and content creation.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
