Responsibilities
- Marketing strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and different regional targets. Provide strategic guidance based on market trends and competitive landscape, and product development status.
- Content Development: Create compelling and informative/technical content for various marketing channels; Creating case studies and technical reference cases based on current & future projects using customer data.
- Event Management: Support regional events, coordinate logistics, including product showcase, promotional materials, and staffing; Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to track industry trends.
- Create compelling product & marketing collateral: Managing internal relationships with sales and product management team to create strong customer facing collateral reflecting product/solution values and USPs. Work closely with cross-function team and internal stakeholders to gather insights and align marketing strategies.
- Regional Marketing Support: Working together with different Regional Marketing teams, determine and manage all aspects of the product promotion strategy including new launches and upgrades.
- PR: Work closely with global and regional PR teams to create impactful stories and release through existing media channels. Help build media relationships for improved coverage and global ranking.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10 years experience in marketing within the energy storage or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of energy storage product & technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English
