Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily operation of HR in SSC, including the management and optimization of the process of employee on-boarding, off-boarding, employment confirmation and transferring.
2. Handle employee inquiries and provide accurate and timely answers to HR policies and processes.
3. Work closely with various departments to ensure HR policies are aligned with business needs to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency.
4. According to the company's business development needs, analyzing recruitment needs, formulate recruitment plan, responsible for the expansion and maintenance of recruitment channels, including online recruitment sites, headhunters, etc.
5. Monitor and analyze HR data to provide decision support to management, continuously cooperating with HR team in HQ China to provide remote support, localizing and optimizing HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field;
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English is required.
3. 5+ years of work experience in SSC, recruitment or related HR field, familiar with US labor regulations.
4. Proficient in using various HR information systems and office software, with good data processing and analyzing skills.
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with different departments, has worked in MNC is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
