【Key Responsibilities】
- Responsible for the human resources activity for Central and South American region, driving people management strategy and procedures and processes,
- Coordinate with the HQ HRBP team of China;
- Work closely with business leaders and line management providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters;
- Analyze the market compensation and benefits information and reports to the management regularly;
- Organize and conduct training activities to support the department and company development;
- Responsible for the administrative management work of the local company by the needs of business development
- Responsible for the local talent recruiting.
【Profile and Experience】
-Bachelor's degree at least, from 8 to 15 years experience in human resources.
-Extensive experience in a senior HR role within international company, preferably appliances and consumer electronics companies.
-Excellent execution, learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility;
-Fluency in English – both written and oral communication skills.
-Experience in Central and South American countries, such as Chile, Peru, Panama, Colombia, Argentina.
