Responsibilities/Accountibilities: (Key Results to be achieved, Key Performance Indicators)
- Develop & execute aggressive growth strategy for designated account.
- Manage the designated accounts to achieve the agreed sales and profitability results.
- Secure existing business, attack and develop new business opportunities
- Build & manage the projects pipeline to deliver account plan & strategy.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer understanding and relationships (i.e. through building relationships at various levels and within different functional departments of each accounts; develop long term strategic relationship with key accounts.)
- Collaborate with internal functional departments (technical, marketing & supply chain, etc.), coordinate interface between customers and other company resources to provide value added service to accounts by understanding the value map of accounts.
- Obtain and communicate market information related to sales volumes, customer business plans/needs, and competitive practices and assist in assessment of competitive information. Prepare forecasts based on customer & market information.
