Job Title: Key Account Manager
About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on on-site customer relationship management and account retention within the municipal engineering sector. You will work directly with project owners, general contractors, and design institutes to drive customer satisfaction, identify ongoing needs, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular on-site visits to municipal project locations to maintain and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders, including decision-makers, technical leads, and procurement teams

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring timely response to customer requests, technical queries, and on-site issue resolution

Collaborate with internal technical support, service, and delivery teams to address customer pain points and ensure smooth project execution

Proactively identify opportunities for contract renewals, supply, maintenance services, and upgrade solutions based on on-site observations and customer feedback

Track project progress and equipment performance at customer sites, providing insights to internal teams for continuous improvement

Build long-term customer loyalty by delivering consistent value and post-sales support, ensuring high account retention rates

Coordinate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align customer needs with company capabilities
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)

5+ years of experience in key account management, technical sales, or on-site customer support, preferably in municipal engineering, water treatment, or environmental projects

Proven experience in customer relationship maintenance and field account management

Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and travel frequently to customer project sites
