Job Title: Marketing Manager
Report to: Head of Product Line
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our innovative products worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong focus on the automotive OEM and additives sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and regulatory landscapes across key regions, including Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive global marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage and optimize the marketing mix (4 Ps): Product, Price, Place, and Promotion, with a primary focus on Product, Price, and Promotion.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer, OEM, and regulatory trends for the next 5–10 years, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Define product development priorities, target price points, and key customer segments to maximize market penetration and profitability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Sales, Product Management) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

Drive brand awareness and positioning through targeted promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and industry events.

Monitor and analyze global market performance, adjusting strategies as needed to address regional nuances and opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including automotive OEMs, distributors, and industry partners.
Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or technical customer support, with a focus on automotive OEM and additives products.

Proven regional experience (e.g., Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe) in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends to inform decision-making.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with full proficiency in English.

Background in technology, marketing, or product management is highly valued.
