Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Create and implement sales plans, customer strategies, market share goals, and other related objectives.
- Secure business opportunities by becoming a Tier 1 supplier to OEMs, negotiate and finalize cooperation agreements, and drive business growth.
- Manage supplier tender processes, including pricing, technical evaluation, contract negotiations, and final delivery. Ensure compliance with tender procedures and maintain competitive positioning.
- Collect and analyze new business requirements from OEMs, forecast industry trends, and monitor market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Submit quarterly analysis reports and provide strategic insights to support the company’s market strategy.
- Leverage the company’s product strengths to develop strategies for expanding OEM business and enhancing the company’s industry brand influence.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of China’s Tier 1 OEM supplier tender processes, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in OEM sales to automotive manufacturers, with 3+ years of experience in lubricants.
- Strong market analysis, business development skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in English for communication and reporting.
- Prior experience or existing relationships with COEM (Chinese OEM) clients is a plus.
