Job Overview:

We are urgently seeking a seasoned Operations Head (Factory General Manager) to take full responsibility for overseeing the entire factory operations of a well-established foreign enterprise in the Greater Bay Area. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-cultural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a large, diverse workforce of 1,000+ employees, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvements and business expansion.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance manufacturing performance and productivity.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of senior operations management experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate large teams across different cultural backgrounds.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Deep understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and execute long-term operational strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
