岗位职责:
•           Food safety and product quality control
1.         Assure the product meets the food safety and quality requirements, including specification, online QC monitor process control, and release finished product in a timely manner.
2.         Establish and maintain the monitoring program of RM /Process/FG; and implementing the program.
3.         Keep updating for testing method according to customer’s and authority’s requirement; ensure the RM/FG release from the system.
4.         Statistics and analysis data from RM/FG and process control.
5.         Assure the nonconforming product management procedure implementation effectively.
6.         In charge of new raw material and new process assessment.
7.         Raw material specification approval.
8.         Coordinate with SQA to follow up raw material quality noncompliance incidents.
•           Lab Management
1.         Assure the test result accuracy and efficiency.
2.         Establish and maintain the GLP system.
3.         Keep updating for testing method according to customer’s and authority’s requirement.
•           Maintain and operate Quality and Food Safety System
1.         Establish and maintain the effectiveness and operation of Qualify and Food Safety system from the plant level, including but not limited to ISO/BRC/HACCP/GMP etc.; Carry out Internal Audit and Management review in defined frequency.
2.         Be responsible for quality related KPI in order to improve continuously, e.g. Customer Complaint rate, Quality Deviation rate, Raw Material compliance rate and First Pass Quality rate etc.
3.         Carry out routine checks and inspection to ensure and verify the implementation of Quality and Food Safety system, for example GMP Inspection, HACCP Audit, CIQ registration and the 2nd / 3rd audits.
4.         Lead and coordinate the root cause analysis and checking effectiveness of corrective actions for quality deviations and customer complaints by using appropriate quality tools.
5.         Hold quality and food safety meetings to review the quality incidents / improvement projects.
•           Customer communication and public affairs 
1.         Maintain good relationship with authorities and local government.
2.         Manage all quality related certificates, registration licenses and products executive standards, e.g. SC/CIQ, BRC, ISO series etc.
3.         Supply customer’s requested documents according to requirements.
•           Sanitation/GMP and Pest Control
1.         Coordinate the pest control activity by working with the contracted 3rd Party and related departments; guide and monitor work quality of the 3rd party contractor to minimize the pest activities.
2.         Check and verify the routine cleaning effectiveness; ensure the periodic cleaning implementation following the cleaning master plan.
3.         Get involved for new line/new equipment design /execution to ensure sanitary design principle being implemented.
•           Personnel development
1.         Guide department staff to establish personal goal and IDP for the financial year;
2.         Lead and carry out TQM and Quality culture activities from the plant level.
3.         Carry out quality related fresh training and annual training plan to enhance the quality awareness and concept.
•           Other activities
1.         In charge of quality / food safety related crisis management and handling.
2.         In charge of periodic audit/inspection to quality related contracted service, e.g. Co-manufacture, outsourced warehouse etc.
3.         Participate evaluation processes for new RM/NPD/New product; participate the trail run of new product.
4.         Budget control
•           Other tasks assigned by line manager.
 
任职资格:
•           Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food engineering or equivalent.
•           Minimum 15 years plant quality and food safety management experience in multinational FMCG, biochemical or pharmaceutical companies. Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as team leader.
•           Familiar with ISO, HACCP, GMP, BRC, SANITATION. Experience of handling YUM/McDonal’s quality system a plus.
•           Good English speaking/writing skills.
•           Located in Qingdao, Shandong, China.
•           Less travel for customer meeting/training etc, travel to supplier for incident investigation etc.
•           Strong leadership in influential and team management.
•           Be resilient and work in complicated environment.
