R & D System Integration Engineer

What You'll Do

• Integrate complex measurement and test systems (optical, mechanical, electrical, software).

• Support development, assembly, commissioning, and validation of advanced metrology systems.

• Troubleshoot system-level issues across hardware, alignment, motion control, sensors, optics, and data acquisition.

• Develop integration plans, test protocols, and validation procedures.

• Optimize accuracy, repeatability, throughput, and reliability.

• Support transfer of new measurement systems into production.

• Collaborate with R&D, process, automation, software, and manufacturing teams.

• Work with external suppliers to specify, integrate, and qualify components.

What We're Looking For

• Master's or bachelor's in Optics, Photonics, Physics, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related.

• Experience in system integration, test engineering, or automation engineering.

• Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary systems: mechanics, optics, sensors, motion control, software.

• Experience with measurement systems, automation platforms, or precision equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in lab or manufacturing environments.
