THE ROLE
Senior Recruiter, APAC - Supply Chain
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our talent team, with a focus on building high-quality pipelines, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and driving end-to-end recruitment for complex and multi-country roles. The ideal candidate has strong experience hiring across multiple APAC markets, a deep understanding of local talent landscapes, and a proven ability to influence, manage, and calibrate with regional leaders. This role requires exceptional sourcing capability, sound judgment on hiring standards, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-visibility searches while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non tech roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create well defined job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world class teams and continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
- Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience hiring for sourcing/supply chain roles
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Global hiring experience is a huge plus
