工作职责Position Description:
1.带领餐饮销售团队完成销售目标,包括销售额和利润目标 Leading HORECA sales team to achieve sales target including T/O and EBITDA
2. 跟相关部门一起,建立和完善餐饮销售团队搭建,同时设置合理的激励机制
Working with related department to build HORECA sales team and work out incentive plan
3. 跟研发,市场和生产部门一起,完善公司HORECA渠道产品品类 Working with marketing, R&D and Production team to build standard portfolio for HORECA customers.
4. 带领销售团队建立高效的全国性的分销网络,协助经销商开拓更多不同类型终端客户 Leading sales team to build national wide, high efficiency distribution network, working with distributors to develop different type of end customers.
5. 和市场,研发团队一起,给合作伙伴,终端客户进行产品培训,新品推荐。同时通过参加行业内的展会,研讨会等建立公司在行业内的知名度 Working with Marketing and R&D team to do demonstrations and trainings to partners. Build awareness of The company within bakery industry.
6, 为团队设立合理的目标和激励机制,推动公司生意增长 Driving business growth by setting right target and right incentive plan
7, 和生产,计划等团队一起建立起常规产品库存,持续不断提高我们的服务水平。Keep on increasing our service level by building safety stock of standard products together with Production and planning team.
8,与国外同事和客户沟通,能很好的利用公司内部国外的支援,同时衔接好出口国外的生意。 Keep on communicating with global team and external customers, leverage resources from HQ. Maintain and develop export business
9,定期提交周报,确保在公司内部的信息透明 Submit weekly report on time, make sure information is transparent internally
