WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive Commercial Growth in China & Asia
● Lead all commercial outreach in China and Asia, owning and exceeding your sales quota.
● Build new partnerships with headphone and smartphone manufacturers, OEMs and ODMs.
● Run meetings with clients, demo solutions and support from the evaluation phase to contract signature.
Lead Client Acquisition & Account Growth
● Create tailored, solution-driven offers and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
● Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and promoting new product features.
Execute Local B2B Marketing
● Develop and run localized B2B marketing campaigns (e.g., WeChat, industry platforms).
● Create tailored marketing materials for clients, using existing sales material (e.g. customized presentations or success stories from other
clients)
● Represent at key events, expanding relationships across the CE ecosystem.
Be the Voice of the Client
● Communicate regional insights, client needs, and market trends to HQ.
● Work closely with our local FAE to support evaluations, onboarding, and integrations.
Support Strategic Sales Leadership
● Work with the CEO and CTO to execute the CE sales strategy for the region.
● Maintain clear reporting on pipeline, activities, and progress for global leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
● Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal
● A solid background in B2B sales plus the energy, drive, and ambition to build momentum and open doors to decision makers quickly
● A proactive, self-motivated working style, able to push opportunities forward independently and keep pace in a fast-moving environment
● Strength in developing structured and well-aligned concepts and crafting commercial narratives, transforming client needs into structured proposals
● A direct, open, and honest approach, acting as a cultural translator who brings transparent, unfiltered client and market feedback back to HQ.
● Curiosity for audio, sound personalization, or hearing technology — experience is beneficial, but eagerness to learn is equally important.
● Ability to travel and attend the world's biggest Consumer electronics trade shows (CES, IFA and MWC)
