My client is a famous American performance lifestyle footwear company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Local & Global resources to ensure projects stay on track, drive project and ensuring successful implementation. Be capable to work as a project lead in BA track, leading a virtual team to deliver aligned project scope (i.e. a combination of global and regional resource/ in-house and vendor resource)
- Lead and guide users to implement projects under waterfall/agile methodology.
- Take leadership to investigate further enhancement/project to help business optimize process and fully utilize system functions.
- Rationalize, document, and analyses the needs and demands of the business to achieve organizational objectives and goals.
- Gather, define, and document high quality business, functional and non-functional requirements by interacting with business stakeholders through workshops, interviews & meetings and written or verbal communication.
- Validate, analyses and document As-is or existing business processes and map functional and non-functional requirements into appropriate To-be processes indicating the level of change expected to users.
- Evaluate potential solutions against documented requirements to ensure a fit for purpose and appropriate solution, that will provide business benefit for operational and management information solutions, be responsible for development of business facing elements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), support successful project delivery and user adoption by ensuring pre-determined stakeholder acceptance criteria is met. Where applicable be responsible for end-to-end testing and delivery of operational and management information solutions for business lines.
- Ensure that all stakeholder facing documentation is created, accessible and in place to sustain the use of new business systems.
- Ensure the users are adequately trained in the usage of systems and supports training programs as needed
- Know how to use JIRA tracking projects will be preferred
- Guide IT third parties do necessary support for projects.
- Guide internal Business and their third parties to make sure projects successfully implement according to company policy and avoid security risk.
- Positive and frequent contact with Business leaders to initiate new projects or report current progress of projects.
- Strong connection with global IT team
- Provide necessary support to other region when needed
- Lead and guide new BAs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Information Technology, Business analysis or similar field of study, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Oracle, ERP experience or any other equivalent enterprise system.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum master is preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of Business Analysis, delivering results, supporting business expansion, process optimization and business strategy, with 8+ years hands-on experience with providing first/ second level support to Supply Chain/retail stores/wholesale/Ecommerce etc.
- Familiar with Supply chain/Order Management/Inventory/3PL module will be preferred.
- MNC background will be a plus; Retail / FMCG industry background preferred; experience in leading agile projects will be preferred, experience in people management is preferred.
- Has in-depth knowledge of a broad range of industry-wide modelling techniques.
- Oracle experience – business processes, system functions, and end-to-end business process.
- Highly motivated self-starter and team player.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills across multiple levels within the organization.
- Results-driven problem solver.
- Aptitude & desire to develop new skills and knowledge of digital solutions.
- Proficient verbal and written English and Mandarin.
