Senior OEM Procurement Manager (FMCG)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supplier management

1. Proactively search and build fit-for-growth global OEM partners network to fuel potential business needs.
2. Stepping up and manage the overall relationship with OEM partners.
3. Participate in exhibitions and bring in new sources and concepts to the team.
4. Track supplier performances.

•  Internal business driver

1. Collaborating with multi-functions team to drive OEM project launch and commercialization. Becoming a solution provider.
2. Having the cost analysis mind-set a

• OEM business strategy Developing OEM procurement strategy and support the project achievements.

1. End to end project trackers and coordinate suppliers with internal stakeholders.
2. Proactively provide market trend or supplier resources to R&D.

• And driving negotiations with external OEM partners for best possible commercial, quality and service terms, following defined procurement policies and procedures. (4) Maintain the highest standard of professional competence and integrity
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in OEM sourcing
• University graduate with relevant disciplines, preferably in Food Sciences / Chemistry, with excellent academic record
• Familiar for SAP or ERP system • Experience in multi-national company is preferred Requirements & Skills
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good team player, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
