Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key printing customers across China, Vietnam, and Thailand.
- Drive trials and conversion for Water-Based, Discharge, Migration Blocker, and Special Effects products.
- Lead on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
- Identify market needs and product opportunities.
- Manage product positioning, competitive analysis, technical promotion, and cross-factory replication.
- Work with sales and technical teams to drive key brand and garment group projects.
- Conduct customer trials, application evaluations, troubleshooting, technical training, and mass production introduction.
- Connect brands, garment groups, printing factories, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in textile screen printing, with understanding of the full process from stencil making, screen mesh, squeegee, ink selection, printing parameters, to curing.
- Bachelor degree in textile, chemistry or related major
- Familiarity with at least two major ink systems: Water-Based, Discharge, Plastisol, Silicone, Migration Blocker, or Special Effects.
- Ability to independently conduct customer trials, application evaluations, troubleshooting, technical training, and mass production introduction.
- Familiarity with sportswear or brand supply chains; experience with Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, or Fanatics projects preferred.
- Cross-cultural communication skills and regional travel capability; suitable for covering China, Vietnam, and Thailand customers.
- English sufficient for internal communication and customer technical exchanges.
- Ability to replicate successful solutions from one factory to other countries or factories within the same group.
