#This role will lead a team within 10 KAM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, control and develop the overall Sector Strategy in line with China's focused Industry.
- Develop a local controlled business portfolio with numerous targeted China headquartered accounts.
- Management of Key Account Managers and customers under assigned portfolio.
- Develop business development strategies/activities in accordance with the Group's business strategy and local Business environment to deliver profitable growth and service excellence.
- Support Global/Regional Sector initiatives and drive the engagement of both internal and external stake holders with a clear Sector Development plan.

Experience
- 5 years and above in the logistics or forwarding Industry
- Successful experience in China HQ business development
- least 2 years leading a team
- Relevant experience in international supply chain will be an advantage
Educational Qualifications
- Degree Holder, relevant post graduate qualification will be an advantage
- Fluent use of English (both written and spoken)
- Competent Computer skills required
