Senior Scientist - Microbiome 【工作内容】 1、负责特色微生物资源库的构建及管理，包括样品采集及可培养菌株的分离、纯化、鉴定及入库等工作； 2、负责不同业务方向菌株的筛选、驯化、诱变，持续提升菌株性能； 3、负责菌株阶段相关文件的编制与修订； 4、参与项目调研、规划、制定等相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、硕士七年以上工作经验或博士2年以上工作经验； 2、食品学、微生物学、生物学相关专业； 3、具备菌株分子操作经验更佳。 【关键从业经验】： 1、5年以上微生物菌种研发经验； 2、有菌种库建设项目经验。
