工作内容： 1.新项目立项统筹与推进，保证项目的正常运营 2.组织培训与考核BD，对BD团队的产出结果负责 3.管理市场运营部，完成产品在市场上的销售及落地 4.对全球移民市场精通，作为移民专家能够讲清楚各个国家移民的优势和劣势 5.生态体系内部协同工作   任职要求： 1、移民行业从业8年以上，有5年以上前中台团队管理经验； 2、全日制本科及以上学历，金融专业者优先； 3、有海外业务（移民、留学、置业）背景者优先； 4、擅长英语者优先。
