1.负责混合键合、熔融键合、解键合等与键合相关设备的日常运维管理，制定保养计划与SOP，确保设备正常运行及工艺稳定性; 2.主导设备重大故障排查与修复，优化设备参数，提升设备效率与良率; 3.负责新设备的导入、安装调试及验收，配合工艺团队进行新工艺开发与量产导入; 4.管理并培训设备维护团队，合理调配人员分工，强化团队安全操作意识与技能水平。 要求： 1.本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、材料、微电子、物理等相关专业;2.8年以上半导体行业键合类设备(W2W、D2W等)维护管理经验;3.精通键合设备原理，具备独立处理复杂故障的能力，熟悉设备安全规范; 4.良好的沟通协调与问题解决能力，具备团队管理经验者...
