Job Duties:
1. Formulate and promote the annual category/department strategic plan according to market trends and the company's brand positioning, so that it is consistent with the company's strategy and potential business opportunities;
2. Develop and maintain high-quality suppliers and establish long-term cooperative relations;
3. Be able to quickly familiarize yourself with the industry market, and accurately refine the products that can be developed according to the popular elements and characteristics of each country, so as to ensure the speed of new products and market competitiveness;
4. Analyze and leverage consumer insights, consumer dynamics, and competitor information to drive category growth;
5. Responsible for the sales data analysis of the category and monitor the life cycle performance of the category;
Job Requirements
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, retail industry background is preferred, overseas work experience is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of development experience, with keen fashion trend judgment ability, strong category planning and selection ability, good at data analysis;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of teamwork, strong communication, coordination and independent problem-solving skills.
4. English can be used as the working language preferred;
