Position Summary
This position will oversee entire China commercial and innovation activities. The primary objective of this position is to implement company strategy, develop brands, and drive sales growth in both Foodservice (2B) and Retainer (2C) , driving breakthrough innovation business, as well as to continue to increase market share in China.
Location:
Shanghai or North China
Reporting Relationship:
This position will be reporting to Founder of the Company, and responsible for the entire China business with over RMB 2Billion.

The primary objective of this position is to implement company strategy, develop brands, and drive sales growth in both Foodservice (2B) and Retainer (2C) , driving breakthrough innovation business, as well as to continue to increase market share in China.

Reporting Relationship:
This position will be reporting to Founder of the Company, and responsible for the entire China business with over RMB 2Billion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the China business strategy different channels such as Foodservice (2B) and Retail (2C) , Distributor, Innovation/Incubation and provide leadership and support for all business units.
- Leveraging group resources to drive emerging business, leading transformation and integration among end-end supply chain, raw material, market, sales, R&D etc
- Manage go-to-market strategy, comprehend market trends, provide senior leadership team with market intelligence, and devise strategic initiatives with the team, such as pricing, margin, target channels, trade promotion, media, and etc.
- Evaluate the current distribution strategy and network and identify expansion opportunities. Developing and execute the plans based on the opportunities.
- Grow Key Account customers profitably through positive negotiation outcomes and account management in order to continuously improve sales and profit. Develop strong relationships with the key retail and foodservice customers.
- Responsible for Sales Planning, Demand Management, Sales Forecast process, and business performance monitoring via IBP process.
- Bachelors Degree in relevant course of study required. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of success in F&B industry, both 2B and 2C experience is a plus.
