- Manage end-to-end execution of sales contracts, including customer forecasting, service planning, and timely delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver and optimize logistics and service costs
- Negotiate delivery schedules and provide flexible solutions to benefit customers and the broader team.
- Manage consignment inventory and collaborate with S&L on vendor management programs.
- Prepare and conduct quarterly operational reviews with customers and ensure follow-up on action plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all customer tiers.
- Understand customer business, resolve issues with ownership, and evaluate commercial/operational requests.
- Handle complaints, objections, and off-spec incidents, driving to root cause and preventive actions.
- Monitor customer credit, payments, and risk; communicate critical market or customer updates internally.
- Achieve customer service KPIs and adhere to quality management processes and continuous improvement.
- Promote service/process improvements and communicate customer feedback via KMI reporting.
- Support bi-annual customer surveys and lead related follow-up actions.
- Execute Responsible Care (RC) plans, participate in RC events, and uphold RC ethics in all business activities.
- Manage monthly customer forecasts and order processing with the S&L team.
- Provide shipping updates and coordinate alternative solutions with Supply Chain.
- Ensure product quality through certificate review and manage all shipping/commercial documentation.
- Handle Letter of Credit negotiations, demurrage notifications, and sales invoicing with accurate pricing/rebates.
- Complete month-end closing, operational reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Logistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in commercial contract operations and familiarity with customer contract terms.
- Preferred background in Energy, Commodity, or Bulk Chemical business.
- Strong written and spoken English; proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, email).
- Excellent execution, time management, organization, and logical thinking.
- Patient, detail-oriented, with strong critical judgment and communication skills (internal/external).
- Team player with good presentation and analytical skills, able to summarize and solve complex issues.
- Experience in inventory planning, vendor management, and adapting to changing customer/operational demands.
- Proactive in continuous improvement, quality control, and able to work under pressure.
- Highly available and flexible, including outside regular office hours when necessary.
