As the Finance Country Manager, you will lead the finance function for our organization within a specific country or region. You’ll be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Your role is critical in ensuring financial stability, growth, and alignment with corporate objectives
KEY TASKS: 主要职责

Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and regional teams.
- Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
Risk Management and Internal Controls:
- Assess financial risks and implement effective controls.
- Monitor internal audit processes and address any findings.
Treasury and Cash Management:
- Optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee banking relationships.
- Mitigate foreign exchange risks.
- Work closely with tax advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster professional growth.
Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing financial systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
Ⅳ. - Requirement:要求
- Education: University degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Experience: at least ten years relevant experience in multinational company
- Technical knowledge/skill:
- Good command of SAP & MS Office.
- Good presentation skill.
- Language: Good command of spoken and written English.
- Soft skill:
- Tech Savvy.
- Decisive / incisive – take charge.
- Resilience.
