Job Summary
This is a strategic position to be in charge of financial planning, analysis activities and developing comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making across the organization and overall financial health.
Job Responsibilities
- To develop robust financial plans, monitoring performance against budgets, and providing actionable insights to the board of directors.
- Work cross-functionally to align financial resources with business priorities and drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes.
- Partner with board of directors to assess and analyze capital allocation and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the evaluation of new business opportunities such as acquisitions, investments, mergers and expansion initiatives through detailed financial modeling.
- Lead the preparation of detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and business operations to forecast financial outcomes and assess risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of risk management measures.
- Monitor budget adherence and recommend adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving revenue generation and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Optimize financial systems, tools, and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis to the board of directors, providing financial insights into the performance of each business function.

Job Requirement
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or relevant fields with relevant professional qualifications.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in senior finance roles in MNC.
- Experience in the logistics industry will be strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in finance management i.e. planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities and develop proactive solutions.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills, with a mature and adaptable personality
- Possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to withstand significant work pressure.
