Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development:
- Analyze local market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to develop and refine product strategies.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product offerings align with market needs and are competitive.
- Use sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Merchandising Execution:
- Create engaging and effective in-store displays and promotions to showcase products and drive sales.
- Ensure product placement and signage are strategic and align with brand messaging and FTW strategies.
- Manage inventory levels and product assortment to maximize profitability and meet customer demand.
- Sales Performance Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
- Use analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports to upper management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of merchandising associates, providing training and guidance to ensure they are equipped to execute strategies effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team development.
