Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring service delivery consistently meets high-quality benchmarks. Proactively identify improvement areas, drive solution design, and take full accountability for execution and outcomes.

Spearhead operational excellence initiatives, streamlining workflows and enhancing process efficiency across the function.

Develop and implement a structured talent development program for the inspector pool, incorporating regular training modules, competency assessments, and continuous performance uplift mechanisms.

Establish a middle-management tier, defining clear performance scorecards and setting up periodic review routines to monitor progress against targets.

Collaborate with the Compliance department to upgrade internal digital tools and systems, reinforcing regulatory adherence and risk control.

Conduct regular workload and resource analyses, forecasting staffing gaps and preparing recruitment roadmaps aligned with evolving business demands.

Optimize inspector deployment models and promote cross-entity resource sharing, maximizing utilization rates across regional or affiliate teams.

Actively contribute to group-level system integration and standardization projects, supporting the alignment of policies and practices across units.

Take charge of strategic client relationships for major accounts, participating in high-level meetings and contributing to key account planning and service negotiations.

Lead in-depth investigations into service complaints, pinpoint root causes, and devise corrective action plans with clear follow-up and closure procedures.

Engage dynamically in various operational improvement projects, either as project lead or as a core strategic advisor.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable operational leadership role, preferably within the quality assurance, inspection, or certification sector.

Proven track record in managing sizable, field-based teams, with solid hands-on knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methodologies.

Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams, exercise sound strategic judgment, and shoulder enterprise-level accountability.

High personal integrity, excellent stakeholder management skills, and adept at fostering collaboration across functions.

Proficient in both spoken and written English, capable of using English as a working language in meetings and documentation.
